Why has my order been returned to you?

An order will typically be returned to us due to an invalid address or because someone was unable to receive the package at the time of delivery. Please email us immediately so we can re-ship the package. If the package isn't claimed within 28 days, we are unable to re-ship the package.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not enter production which typically takes 1-3 days, so email us at otakuvibesapparel@gmail.com immediately!

When will my order arrive?

For made-to-order items, it takes approximately one month or less from purchase to shipment.

In case of stock sales, the product will be shipped within 7 days.

When purchasing Japanese products from overseas, customs duties may be incurred. In such cases, please note that the purchaser is responsible for any customs duties incurred.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs are typically very low and are calculated by three main factors: 

  1. The total weight of your order.
  2. Where your order is being sent to. 
  3. How quickly you want to receive your order (i.e. standard or expedited). 

To find out exactly how much shipping might cost you, add a product to your cart and start the checkout process. Enter your shipping address and a rate will be calculated for you. You can then decide if you want to continue checking out.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

What if I'm charged custom fees?

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

Can you stack discounts?

Unfortunately, you are only able to have one discount per order unless the site states otherwise. However, if you are an Otaku+ member, your 20% discount will stack with all other store discounts.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Size changes or cancellations after purchase are not possible. We cannot respond to address errors or address changes after ordering. Please be careful when enteringyour information. The color may differ from the actual product due to your monitor settings, room lighting, etc. Please note that there may be a slight difference in size.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

If you order has not had a tracking update in over a month we will give you a full refund on your order. If your tracking says the order was delivered we are unable to give a refund. Please contact us if if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find solutions for you.
